Our Story

Our mission is to support you in accelerating your business success through your people. Reducing stress for you, increasing happiness and motivation within your team and increasing profit for the business.


The BDA, Larbie et al report in 2017 about mental health and wellbeing raised concerns about the culture within dentistry and the pressure this creates.

Combined we have over 24 years experience working within dentistry. We've seen the effects of stress and unhappiness.

We want to change this.


We are a unique combination of an experienced facilitator who skilfully engages your team. And a practised operator who understands the challenges of running a dental business, as well as how to ensure maximum value is achieved.

With our help it is possible to reduce stress, find happiness and create the value in your business you deserve.

Our Experience

Rob works with Principles and the practice team to understand ways in which healthy growth can be achieved and operational activity can be improved, whilst always keeping at the heart of decisions the overall purpose of the practice and it’s patients.  He also advises on practice valuations for sale & purchase, due diligence and integration.

Rob has over 24 years experience within the healthcare industry, 16 of those within dentistry. He has spoken to many 100’s of dental practice owners and has deep insights into their motivations, challenges and dreams. He is experienced in both running a practice with operational efficiency and maximising value.

For the last 8 years Rob focussed upon acquisitions.  Instrumental in increasing practice numbers from 250 to over 600 with mydentist.  And as Acquisitions Director for Dentex facilitating their growth from zero to 70 practices within 2 years.

Rob builds positive and trusting relationships with his clients, always looking for the best deal, or the best option to meet their unique needs.

Rob is a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner.

Lyn works with Practice Owners to get really clear on what’s important to them, so their vision for the future is aligned with what they really want.   Lyn has lots of experience of engaging teams, so they will come on the journey with you.  When the business vision is shared by everyone, accountability and motivation are increased and stress for you is reduced.

With over 25 years experience Lyn has worked with many different organisations.  For 5 years she worked with a leadership & change management consultancy with clients such as B&Q, BUPA, Fujitsu, Arcadia etc. And has also worked with the public sector, public services and social enterprises, helping them to evolve happy cultures and profitable businesses.

For the last 8 years she worked with mydentist, Dentex & Envisage.  With mydentist Lyn developed a new approach to engaging with dental practice owners.  Setting up a team from scratch and creating a pipeline which facilitated significant growth.  She went on to replicate this with Dentex and Envisage.

Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development level 7 qualified, a Neuro Linguistic Programming practitioner and with a Foundation in Transactional Analysis.
